I used to admire at all the frocks u make for your grand children. They r blessed with a great talented grandma. Maha I want to crochet a skirt for my niece who is going to turn 1 next month. I want to know the hip size and the height for the 1 year old girl(she is stout) to crochet it. please help me.Thanks in advance.
